Poor Manufacturing & Ended up Costing Me More Money Here’s the deal. 1st I bought one, had it installed, then they left. Went through the setup procedures myself & during that time, the machine started to leak from the back. Since I was 1 day away from opening our new restaurant, I had replacement ordered. The guy who installed was not able to do another call for me that quick. The 2nd one showed up on day of opening. I got it installed on Saturday (1 day after it arrived). A Time and Labor Saver! ** Excellent product and is a labor-saving device for our church kitchen. Once setup it is as simple as throwing a 3-gallon tea bag in the filter basket, pressing the power button and then the satrt button. Very fast and simple!

Call company, don’t get frustrated We found the tea maker hard to begin to use. Now that we are using it, it is doing fine. We had to call the company to get someone to talk us through installation.
