Great machine but be sure it has the features you really want Let me first state that I have only had this for two days and that this is my first espresso machine. I say this so readers will understand that this quick “review” is to point out a couple of details that may be overlooked when researching this machine, not as an indication of the quality of drink produced.
Slightly better then the DeLonghi 3500 Well, this is my second Super-Automatic machine and my first was the Delonghi ESAM3500. From owning these machines I noticed the following. Super-Automatic machines are a great convenience for making cappuccinos a simple process. Just put your cup under the spout, push a button, and one minute later you will have your drink. Reliable workhorse that consistently makes great coffee I’ve owned this machine since August, 2011 (2 1/2 years as of this review). I bought it after running through a half-dozen cheaper, less-capable machines over the last 20 years. I was a little leary of the price, as it was at least double the cost of any other machine I previously owned. The three-year warranty eased my mind and I pulled the trigger to buy, and I have not been disappointed.
