Hyped into buying it? If you were hyped into buying this like me, well perhaps you were let down like me as well.First, when pouring hot coffee into it fresh out of the drip, I wouldn’t say it exactly chills it. It more like brings it up to room temperature. You still have to pour it on ice which will melt and you get the dreaded dilution.Second, when emptying it out the ice that chilled my coffee certainly melted, and also started coming out of the 4 breathe holes on top. Works Just as Advertised! LATEST UPDATE: After I scheduled a return, the company actually reached out to me to refund my account before Amazon did. They explained that there was a small percentage of HyperChillers that came from the factory with issues. They had a new one sent and it’s been working wonderfully!
