Fabulous coffee! This is, without a doubt, the best single serve brewer I have ever used. It takes K-Cups, and they don’t have to be ‘licensed’ by anyone (so there, Keurig). It brews fast, about a minute for a cup from a cold start. It can also brew a carafe, using any coffee you want.

Great Machine, Great Customer Service It was a toss up between 4 and 5 stars, but the customer service pushed it over to 5. My first unit had a weird defect and I was upset that I’d have to return it to Amazon and find a different non-K brand brewer. But I figured I’d try to email the company through their website. I didn’t think I’d hear back but I did, and pretty quickly. They told me they’d send me a new unit immediately and pay to ship my unit back to them. BEST Machine and Company Service Policy! First of all it’s a great coffee maker… but it is honestly so much more, it’s a great company! I had a problem with the water tank leaking about 6 months after purchasing our coffee maker. I called the company and Julie could not have been nicer or more helpful. She first helped me trouble shoot the problem.
