Great customer service, terrible product The Touch customer support is great, but they’ve replaced my unit twice now, and the 2nd replacement broke after two days.
GREAT BREWER!!! We have had this Touch Brewer for a couple of days and really like it. We prefer this brewer over the Keurig and Mr. Coffee. We expect this Touch Brewer to be more dependable. You will spend more money for the Touch Brewer, but I think it’s money well spent. Good looking, well made, easy to use, versatile unit that accepts all K-cups
