1. Place Two Scoops or More to Taste of Your Favorite Ground Coffee in the BCI Coffee Master Pour Over Coffee Dripper. We recommend Medium Fine Grind – But it’s Personal Preference. The Finer the Grind, the Slower the Brewing Process.
2. Bring Water to a Boil. Pour a Small Amount of Hot Water Hot Water Over the Coffee in the Cone Dripper to Wet the Grounds.
3. VERY IMPORTANT STEP Allow the Wet Coffee Gruunds to “Bloom” for 20-30 seconds – The Bloom Allows Coffee to Release Natural Gases and Expand Slightly.
4.. Slowly Pour the Remaining Hot Water in a Circular Motion Around the Coffee.
5. You Can Adjust the Grind, Amount of Coffee, to Regulate the Brewing Time to Suit Your Individual Taste

Awesome!! I SO like this little guy!! Especially when I only want ONE cup and don’t want to go through all that with my Kuissential French press pot. (I would only buy from this company, Kuissential, as they are so personable and service minded to buy from) Just boil my water. Rest 2-3 minutes. It worked great for a few weeks It worked great for a few weeks. Over time, i think the screen has gotten clogged, even though I clean it thoroughly after each use. Now, it takes so long to brew that the coffee isn’t hot enough by the time the mug is full. I bought this to conserve and not waste paper filters, but now I’m getting one of those instead.
