Got me to give up my espresso machine I AM NOT A PAID REVIEWER. I didn’t get this for free or at a discount (that would have been very cool though!). I hate when I see tons of five star reviews only to see they are all either paid or in some way reimbursed for their review. I just don’t trust it.

I think it’s too complicated for Airbnb use, but for our own use it’s perfect. A Winner for me! I just got mine and so far I love it. It is really well engineered. The filter holder swings out very smoothly and the insert sits securely on the counter top while filling it with coffee grounds. I am using paper filters. The water reservoir is easy to fill. The buttons are self explanatory and the scoop is engraved with the coffee amount needed for each type of brew. The coffee is plenty hot so I don’t understand the negative reviews on that. I like my coffee strong with frothed milk…
