Works great for a refurbished item Works great for a refurbished item! I haven’t noticed any issues whatsoever, and it looked brand new when it arrived. The water tank holds enough for about 2.5 large cups of coffee. There are two size settings. Heating can take a bit of time if the machine has been off. Also, the coffee is not scalding hot when it comes out, which means by the time I put it in my mouth, it isn’t that hot. I think that happens with all Keurig/k-cup machines and is not specific to just this brand.
Three Stars Gets the job done; however, there’s no real warning if your cup in not in place…grandchildren.
