Terrific single serve coffee/tea maker Love these little single serve hot drink/coffee/tea makers. We used one a few years ago in a hotel, and liked it. Turns out not only did it work well for coffee, we use it for tea and cocoa too. We bought them as gifts for some “mature” family members. They LOVE them. No more not hearing the tea kettle, there is no burner, they shut off automatically, so there is no risk of fire.
Too weak – have to use TWO pods for each … Too weak – have to use TWO pods for each cup. Seemed strong enough in the motel but that was probably because the paper cup was smaller than the mug I use at home.Even using just half a mug of water; the coffee is too weak for me. It IS much more convenient than my coffee press in the morning though.
Awesome if you can find right cup I ordered this without the coffee pack because I intended to use it for hot tea. It works great and I can have my tea hot in about 3 minutes. Only issue is to find a cup that fits high enough so the water does not splash. I found a star bucks cup is perfect LOL. I just put my tea bag in the cup with my sweetner and get my pj’s on and enjoy. I suppose you could use it to make instant coffee the same way.
