Great machine and it works for me! I purchased this coffee maker in May 2011 after my 4th Keurig brewer in 3 years bit the dust. So far, it’s been a wonderful and very reliable coffee pod brewer. Compared to the Keurig, it’s water reservoir is a bit smaller, it’s not as sexy looking, and the brew cycle is noisier, but on the other hand, it has worked reliably from Day 1. Fast brewing, but poor quality. Not worth the investment… I purchased this coffee maker less than two years ago as a new unit. From the beginning, I have to say it’s been a disappointment of an appliance. Out of the box, it had a broken pod holder, which Bunn did gladly replace when I called them. Then, about a year into the purchase, it began to leak around the seal where the pod holder attaches. I ordered a replacement pod holder and was able to resolve that, but now, less than 6 months later, it has begun to leak water out the bottom of the device…
