The replacement model works perfectly and makes an excellent cup of coffee After receiving the Brewer and having a problem, I contacted Touch Brew customer service and was shipped a upgraded model replacement and a box of LA coffee pods the same day. Nice machine! Though it does offer cup size and strength settings, we found that settings at “bold” for an 8 oz cup gives us the best tasting cup followed by “bold” setting of a 10 oz cup. In our opinion, a cup tastes watered down in the largest setting. Sooner or later we may be tempted to try larger k cups but, in no rush as we feel the 8 or 10 oz gives us exactly what we need in the morning. A quick, hot, tasty cup of coffee.
