The Keurig Mini Plus is a college students’ dream machine I received this product as a graduation gift shortly before leaving to college three years ago. As a heavy coffee drinker (4-6 cups a day), I have had the chance to use the coffee maker many times. The criteria I find most important in a coffee maker in order of importance are convenience, cost, variety of coffee, appearance and maintenance.
I bought this Kreuig because I loved the color and size I bought this Kreuig because I loved the color and size, but extremely disappointed; It never worked!!The brewing button flashes forever and never stops. It completely failed to brew a single cup. It is going back.
I gave this product as a gift to my daughter … I gave this product as a gift to my daughter, it sat unopened for about 30+ days until I could see her and surprise her in person with this present. After only a few times of using this, the machine stopped working completely. The seller would NOT accept a return because it’d been longer than 60 days, even though in reality, it was used for only a few weeks. This is a faulty product and customers should beware of buying from this very unfair seller.
