As the brewing temperature is 9F to 31F hotter than other single serve brewers, the coffee comes out aromatic, with taste fully developed, like at your favorite coffee shop.
Your cup is brewed in just over 30 seconds, about twice as fast as other brewers. Our patented ThermoregulatorTM technology keeps the hot water at a steady 201°F, the ideal brewing temperature for a rich, smooth cup.
Our FeatherHeatTM technology slows calcium buildup, reducing descaling to yearly, instead of monthly.
About 85% of the front is appliance grade Stainless Steel to compliment your kitchen, café or office.
Reactive Oxygen self cleans the inside of the water cooler several times a day, preventing the buildup of disgusting bacterial biofilm. ThermoregulatorTM technology keeps the cold water at a steady 40°F and the hot at a steady 194° to 201°F which means it’s always ice cold and steaming hot.

- Self Cleaning technology uses unstable oxygen to destroy bacteria. This keeps your water tasting fresh. Ice Chill technology uses ice to keep the cold water at a frigid 40°F. Typical water coolers fluctuate from 40°F to 50°F, not cold enough. Hot water is kept at a steady 194°F, unless in coffee mode, then the temperature is maintained at a steady 201°F. Needs a lot of work. Came in broken and the distributor charged @$50 for shipping and wanted me to pay to ship it back. Took it apart myself and had some hose leaks so fixed them took hours of work. Also very finicky at working. Exploded a couple of pods and boy that was a mess. No customer support at all. I do like it other than all that but would tell people to stay away.
Had for 2 weeks and is great so far! We have had the coffee maker for two weeks and we love it so far. No complaints. It was easy to set-up, it has been running smoothly, and is a GREAT sophisticated and modern addition to our reception area. The noise that it creates annoys a few people with sensitive ears, but it doesn’t make it all the time.So far, we would recommend to others.

I look on amazon to find brands that I may look up on their websites to find what I was looking for. I didn’t have any luck until I came across the Estratto brand.
