I was disappointed to discover that I couldn’t use any K cups … I was disappointed to discover that I couldn’t use any K cups except special ones from Keurig. In addition, the K cup basket that I own in which I can place my own coffee does not work. I have to buy another coffee pot for my office and you can bet it won’t be a Keurig. They are greedy and not user friendly or they wouldn’t be so restrictive in their product.

I buy mine at Bloomingdales SAD.. So true with the first review. I buy mine at Bloomingdales SAD…. wish i understand what i was buying i would have got the older keurig.. this one sucks…
