Reading other reviews it looks like that the same thing happened to other customers Bought the machine and after 3 weeks stopped working (the display went blank!). Called Philips, they asked to send email; took 5 days to call me back. I was told it may take 4 weeks to get it back. I had before Saeco Incanto Sirus for 10 years, and it was working well, but this model has apparently flawed design. Reading other reviews it looks like that the same thing happened to other customers. I would not buy this model again.

Six month old and broken Turned on the machine and the display looks like a snowy tv screen…unreadable. Called Philips and they said send them an email, they will send a return authorization and label then it will take 4-8 weeks to fix the machine and return it to me. During this time…no coffee. Sent the email yesterday morning and didn’t hear back as of 6pm tonight (Friday). Called again and they said it takes three days to generate the return and label. Well…that makes sense because if it takes two months…

Not reliable I can’t stand my Intellia Focus! I have had it one year and have had nothing but problems. I have called Phillips, I have read the troubleshooting guide in the manual and I have looked up troubleshooting on YouTube. It’s very frustrating. Looking to buy something else with more reliability. And yes, I clean it and descale it when it tells me to.
