The machine is easy to use and very easy to clean so its … A piece was missing from the bottom so it doesn’t stay straight, but rather tilts a bit. There were no sample pods with the unit so I mistakenly bought Lavazza pods that didn’t fit and needed to then buy the correct pods. The machine is easy to use and very easy to clean so its great when we don’t want to measure coffee and clean out our old coffee maker.
