How did I live without it?! I would’ve been very hesitant about purchasing this item after having read the reviews. A client made me a latte one night and I commented that it was much better than what I could get from my 10 year old Starbucks machine. A satisfied owner! I have used this unit for over a year without any problems. It works as advertised. I do agree with one of the other users that the instructions were somewhat cryptic. This is not an Apple product. The initial set up is not intuitive. Read the instructions more than once and go for it. The price is reasonable and the performance is as expected.
