Meh I can only compare this to another milk frother / steamer that I previously owned (made by Jura).
Get this instead of trips to Starbucks I got this for my birthday and love it. I have had it for a month and it has worked flawlessly. It is used every day and I have brought it on vacation I like it so much. Saves money too, as my trips to Starbucks are down.
