Great product. Works Reliably. It’s a water filter. What can you say about it? It filters your water!I’ve been using this brand for a couple years and I auto-order them on Amazon every six months as a reminder when it’s due to change it.If you’re new to water filters, please be aware – after you change your filter, go ahead and run a couple gallons of water through the filter (if you have a water dispenser in your fridge). If you don’t, go ahead and make a couple tubs of ice and prepare to throw them out…
Works for me It may not filter everything out that I wish it would, but my water tastes great and I’m happy. Been using these with my GE fridge for quite awhile now with absolutely no issues. One caution though, if you use these…they have an o-ring seal at the top…when you go to replace them the second time make sure the old o-ring came off with the old filter and is not still stuck hiding up there on the flange of the fridge…they like to do that. If it is take it off or be prepared for water…
Fits and works perfectly When we purchased the house, this filter was in the fridge. I made note of it but bought a genuine GE replacement for $40. After the water pressure in the dispenser decreased by 50% over the next few months, I bought this filter. Water pressure back to normal and water tastes the same. I’ll be buying this brand from now on!!
