Leaks! Doesn’t work in the GE Profile. Does not work in GE Profile! Every off brand we have tried has leaked. This one did the same as every other one. We buy the GE brand and they work every time but they are so expensive, I keep hoping a generic brand will work!
Price was good. But our previous filter was a genuine GE Price was good. But our previous filter was a genuine GE. With this one, we could tell a distinct bad flavor to the water. Could even tell a difference when making iced tea. Wish we would have spent the extra money to buy a GE one. Not sure how long I want to be drinking the water with this taste. I guess I have no way to know if itâs actually filtering the water… Iâm just reporting on the taste. I will not purchase this again.
Very disappointed This filter was purchased to replace a MWF Very disappointedThis filter was purchased to replace a MWF. Once installed, it leaked as soon as water was dispensed from the fridge. When installing, it felt like it had little to no resistance when twisting the filter on (the old filter has a little resistance to turning, as it should with the seals pressing against it). These were very disappointing.
