Defective machine, zero, rude customer service from Keurig I give this Keurig B150P one star. It lasted exactly 2 1/2 months. I bought this machine for my office. It is replacing another K150 that lasted approximately 2 years. After about one month, intermittently it would not pump water into the reservoir and the display would indicate “check water level” even though the screen display would show the water level is full, which now I realize is just a graphic and is not meant to actually indicate the water level.
