I just can’t say enough about how poor the design and location is of the hot water … Coffee brewing wise, this performs well. HOWEVER, the placement of the hot water spigot is atrocious. The spigot is just awkward placed over all… I mean, it’s behind the pot area, where certain cups and containers don’t even fit under there. It’s a problem everyday where we work. But more concerning, the machine drips water from the coffee brew area when you activate the hot water spout, when you turn on the spigot for the hot water, someone burns themselves daily as a result of reacting…
Amazing Coffee maker – perfect First of all I don’t write these. I am an avid consumer of high end products. I research buys – try them out in stores then order. But this product I love.
