Do not bother- terrible customer service and slow to boil Do not bother- I bought this kettle 6 months ago. It now takes almost 7 minutes to boil. Today I went to put the lid back on and the handle snapped off the lid. I bought a warranty with Assurion when I purchased it through Amazon so I called them, they said the manufacturers warranty is still good for 1 year so I called Bella- they said they are out of lids and that I should call them in about 4 weeks…in the meantime I can’t get the lid off my kettle to fill it!…..
