Overall, an awesome coffee machine! Look for it to arrive inside a Cuisinart box secured with Styrofoam and then secured inside an Amazon box. The excellent packaging makes for a safe arrival especially for the glass carafe. Once unpacking and plugging it in, about 5 minutes of work, getting it ready to brew coffee was easy. It does the job in a very good way. I love my coffee as soon as I’m out of bed and this pot does the trick. It lets you set the cup quantity and the strength and of course the time to start and an adjustment for when to shut off. The only draw back is regular cleaning of the grind shute which isn’t hard and is caused by the oily Starbucks beans I use. Love it and just ordered my 2nd one after many service years on the original.
Great coffee maker Makes the best cup of coffee we have had from an automatic brewer. This is our second purchase of this machine. The first lasted 10 years.If you like strong coffee I recommend setting the number of cups two higher than the water being used and set it for the strongest grind level.
