A very good kettle. This kettle was purchased at full price from Amazon. As of this writing all the other reviews received the product for free which is why Iâm posting. Stopped Working I had another electric kettle for the past few years, but it finally broke and I wanted to try something new. There are a lot of things I liked about this kettle. The temperature knob is easy to use and it heats water quickly. But, here’s why it gets one star — it stopped working after three months. I purchased the kettle in May and it quit working in July. Furthermore, my experience with the Oxo customer service was less than stellar.
$100 and it leaks Currently, I’d give it zero stars if I could. I was so excited for this to arrive, did a test run and I couldn’t even start it heating because it was leaking all over the counter from the base of the spout. I’m very disappointed. $100 and it leaks.
