I love this coffee maker I have been using Keurig coffee makers for over 2 years. I bought this one because I wanted to hook it up to my home plumbing system. I also bought the home plumbing components. It works great hooked up to my home water. Like my other Keurigs, this one makes great coffee. The device is rugged and would work in a small office but I have it at home.Hooking the device to my home water system cost a little. You need the Keurig B150 Direct Water Line Plumb Kit and the Keurig B150, B200, B3000, B3000se, Deluxe Filter Kit. The filter kit is needed to keep your warranty with Keurig. I also bought some 1/4 inch water line tubing but your plumber should already have this. I had to hire a plumber to do the work. For me well worth it.
Keuirg B150 The name says it all . . . . . .I bought this instead of the regular platinum model for our kitchen. This Keurig is the bomb . . . . .the best ever. What I love about this the most is that it gets extremely hot unlike the other lower models! Because I bought it on Amazon, I was able to buy a commercial model Keurig for the same price as the average model for my kitchen. It also looks beautiful and so easy to use! So far so good . .. . .it has only been one month since I have bought it. I hope it has a long life span as my other Keuirg machines . .. . that have lasted for years!
Love this machine ! I changed my Cusinart SC-700 for this one because I wanted a direct line to not have to fill it up. The B150 feels like a solid machine, and hooking it up to the water line took me 30 minutes. Went to Home-Depot and got a PVC ice maker kit (Tubing, fittings and valve for 20$), a GE water filter (30$) and a couple of other fittings from my plumber (5$) and I was good to go. Love the user interface and the LCD screen is responsive. Lot’s of space for huge travel mugs is a plus and it’s quiet, huge difference with my Cuisinart SC-700.
