Used it less than 8 times and it is now leaking. I bought the product for a weekly gothering. We used it once a week for about 2 months. It started leaking on week 8. The leak came from two places. The product has no quality. Do not weast your money on this product. Disappointing.
Coffee urn: Great performance! Love this one. This is the best commercial coffee maker I’ve ever had. It’s so easy to use, fill with water and coarse coffee, turn it on and coffee is ready to drink in 30 mins. That “100-cup” refers to 5 ounce cups, this actually makes about 60 8-ounce cups and about 40 12-ounce cups when you fill to the top line. I bought a 100-cup, and it is enough for group of 12
Form Follows Function The function of an urn is to dispense a hot liquid beverage. To do this, the designer should focus on a very functional spigot, since the spigot is the most functional part of the design. In this case, the designer/manufacturer selected & chose to install a very, very inferior (and no doubt, cheap) spigot that does not pour smoothly & freely at all.
