The built in side water gauge allows you to easily see the current water level in the tank while also allowing you to set the water quantity to prepare the desired number of cups. This machine allows you to brew anywhere from 4-10 cups of coffee. Disappointing, unpleasant to operate Despite a beautiful shape and color, the experience with this machine overall has been disappointing. The machin is a bit too big for a normal-sized counter; the buttons are not really intuitive; it resents the clock every time itâs unplugged; pouring water inside is really inconvenient (the opening is in the back and very narrow, you have to turn the machine every time); and worst of all, it emits piercing, loud, long beeps that drive me crazy for every time it turns on or the coffee is…
First SMEG, and won’t be the last. I’ve never owned SMEG, but I think this purchase will change that.Great build and nice design. Love the 4 cup brew option and the fact it doesn’t burn any coffee by turning off the heating plate within 20 minutes.
Beautifull but not all that handy Great looks, not easy to pour water in reservoir, keeping warm function shuts off after 20 minutes which is too short. Water temperature could be warmer.
