Great Espresso Good Value Deal Since I own and have previously reviewed the Inissia by itself I am using my previous review here for the Inissia alone and adding a new review for the Aeroccino Plus at the bottom.
Wonderful Espresso, Exceptional Customer Service, and Unfortunately.. a Frequent Need To Call Them I would love to give this 5 stars or more. I love the convenience and LOVE the espresso. But what I don’t love are the problems I’ve had with it starting about 2.5 months after I received it. It lost a couple of stars for that… but I gave one back because of the extremely competent, easy and friendly customer service. Then it lost a star again because of their bad warranty policy.
Coffee heaven! I love good coffee and have a kitchen full of various types of coffee makers, but I ultimately either like a good shot of espresso, or a frothy, flavorful cappuccino or latte. I’m not a fan of Americano style coffee, so I cannot review those result as I don’t drink it that way. Two weeks on and I absolutely love this combo of the Nespresso Inissia with the Aeroccino Plus Milk Frother!
