Wonderful I brought this item to our office. We had a 40oz Keurig but the amount of coffee the team drinks each day, we had to replace the water often. The sound of the machine is so much quieter. The staff has expressed so much gratitude for getting this type of Keurig.
Easy setup Great unit
Not big enough for travel mug Just received/installed today, so I can’t comment on ongoing use, but it does seem quieter than the old one.I really just wanted to point out that it is NOT tall enough to fit a travel mug. Even after pulling out the drip tray, there is a second plastic “tray” that you are supposed to put your mug on. With that there, the travel mug is too tall. Without it there, it might work. Please don’t advertise travel mug capability without a height dimension as well. Thanks!
