hate this coffee maker we have been trying to use this system for over a week and have had nothing but trouble, I would send it back but it is past the time, and we because we stupidly disposed of the packing material. almost every time we try to make a cup of coffee, we get a message to clean needle. I would kill for a mr. coffee right now!!!!!!!
