We love it! We discovered this device when on vacation in Hawaii. It was the coffee maker in our room. I’ve never liked the taste of Keurig coffee and my limited experiences with espresso has been with Starbucks, and I wasn’t crazy about that either. The expresso from Illy is fantastic. My wife and I love it. My only complaint about this machine is it wants you to do everything in the proper step. Do it out of order and you’ll think the machine is broken. Turn power on > insert a new cartridge…
Great espresso, easy to use! This is a very great espresso machine. I have had a few different ones, nespresso pod machines and this machine produces by far the best espresso. If you enjoy drinking straight espresso, this is the machine for you.
