Dissaponted! Beautiful stainless, works great, and reasonably priced. I used it this past week for a fundraiser for our Senior Center and it brewed 100 cups of coffee in about 30 mins. It is also insulated, so it kept the coffee at just the right temperature. I highly recommend this product. Quality machine that makes great coffee. There are 12 people in my house. I was tired of brewing multiple pots of coffee a day and I love to have it at the ready for guests.
