Terrible experience and Bunn did not own the problem this unit was initially delivered with loose components in the back of it. we had to call Bunn and they transferred us to a distribution center to have it repaired even though it was supposed to be new. Then it was not working after a few weeks and had to call the repair center again. paid 275 for repair and used it several times. it stopped working again. May have used it 10 times to make coffee altogether. Terrible experience and Bunn did not own the problem. No help from the initial seller…
