Took off one star because the silver should be an actual brushed steel and not whatever plastic-y looking shiny material they used. In the pictures it looks like brushed steel. This cheapens the entire effect of the coffee maker and over time, the white lid of the pot (which cannot be detached) will be stained coffee-brown. This one really fit the bill and it looks great. It’s easy to set up and use and … We remodeled our kitchen last month and we needed a programmable, white coffee maker. We wanted something different. This one really fit the bill and it looks great. It’s easy to set up and use and has some extra features like the cleaning setting and the auto shutoff that we really like. And, it brews a nice pot of coffee. We might buy the purple one next time.
Very cute, a little too fancy for me. I purchased this after my 4 pot coffee maker gave out. So, I am mostly using this to make 2-4 cups of coffee daily. I picked this coffee maker because I knew I wanted a red color and this one was different from others with its cute design.
