Fantastic device I am the author of a non-commercial coffee website (that teaches how to brew coffee, including Turkish) and more. I just got this and it makes a fantastic cup of Turkish coffee. Easy, quick, no mess, and dead-on in taste and consistency.EDIT: It WAS fantastic, then a few months later a problem with the pot. Been trying to get ANY customer service, there is NONE. No responses to web form, no phone, no email. Device became useless after a few months. I would stay away, sorry. Was so…
Unfortunately it stopped working properly after a few months usage … Unfortunately it stopped working properly after a few months usage. It does not heat the coffee the first time and I have to push the button a secondtime. There is no warranty or service information. Why this torture to the customer?What is the warranty and how can I have it fixed?
Absolutely awesome! Great authentic taste! I love my Turkish coffee maker! I’m from Turkey and even my mom uses the same coffee maker back home and she would admit that this makes better quality coffee than anyone she knows including herself 🙂 I would say the same thing! Having low voltage for US is a huge plus!!! Just make sure to wash your cup only with water after each use and I would recommend to hand wash with soap after every 5-10 uses. Never failed on quality! Did I also mention that it also comes with a 8.8oz Turkish Coffee?
