Piece of crap, don’t buy it! I can not believe this piece of crap just gave up the ghost after only 6 months of very moderate use. What the hell? That’s what I get for going for decor and thinking that all blenders would work for at least a couple of years. I make yogurt and fruit smoothies maybe four times a week. I was very careful with the thing and it just quit, no indication of impending doom, it looks perfect. Thanks Bodum for nothin! Screw you, you suck.

Nice Item – Great Green Smoothies I purchased this item after reading a number of reviews on blogs I follow. My husband and I wanted to make great green smoothies, knew we needed a good blender to get the kale and lettuces liquid form. While our family and friends are all owners of a name brand costing $500, we decided to hold off and research first. I loved it until it stopped working I’m giving two stars even though I really did love this blender…. until it stopped working. I love the design, and actually thought it was quite powerful! We made smoothies for two every morning with it for about three months, and one day it just quit. If it was still running this would be a four or five star review, but that is not the case.
