Pretty good as a pour-over brewer Pretty good as a pour-over brewer. Having a reusable filter is great and cuts down on waste. However, I get a lot of sediment at the bottom of the pot… which is just what happens with permanent filters in my experience. I’ve never found one that doesn’t leave coffee bean sediment at the bottom of the cup/carafe. The size is great for one person, maybe two if you’re drinking tiny cups of coffee. The glass is quite thin, so the coffee will go cold soon after it is brewed, so it’s best to drink…

small size – perfect for one or one and a half cups small size – perfect for one or one and a half cups. I have the red and sometimes a bit of coffee drips between the band and carafe. It’s a little annoying to unsnap just to wipe away one errant drop. Seems sturdy and has survived a few travels so far.

Super cute but filter is too small I like this unit, but wish the filter was at least twice as big. It takes me at least 20 mins of standing there continually adding water, waiting for more room to add water. I wouldn’t have minded having to do that once or twice, but 10 times is more trouble than I was looking for. I’ll keep this when I want a very special cup of coffee, but will go back to my french press for a quicker daily fix.
