Hesitant at first I read most of the reviews and they were very favorable for this coffeemaker so I decided to purchase. Mostly because of having the grinder in the coffee maker. I got to tell you for the first week I was not very impressed coffee was tasting bitter, wasn’t as flavorful as what I thought it would be or what the other reviews offered. TWO different purchased units started leaking units at 6 – 8 months, Co. Rep REFUSED to honor warranty on latest I’ve noticed there are two kinds of reviews here… the ones from just after purchase that love the machine and the ones, like me, who come back within months of purchase when the units defects become a problem. Great alternative to Cuisinart Grind ‘N Brew We ordered this a little tenatively, as we have had Cuisinart coffee makers, probably for the last 17 years or so (but note, we did go through at least 3 of them).
