Terrible product and terrible seller! Stay away! The item looked cheap when I received it. I still gave it a chance, but after just 3 or 4 months it started leaking from the 2nd side when I was trying to brew just one cup. Also the “permanent” filter developed a hole in it. Also, the travel mugs that came with it did not close well and would leak all over our clothes. We only used them to brew the coffee and then poured the coffee into different mugs. When I tried to return it, they told me the 30 day return window had passed and…
Uneven Brewing The maker itself works okay except for when you are using the 2 cup option one side ends up with about an inch more coffee than the other so it does not brew evenly at all. Other than that it works well and brews pretty quickly.*Update* A year later I am looking for a new coffeemaker. The brewing has really slowed down and seems to go in cycles.
