Great Tools, Great Coffee everytime. This is the second one of these I’ve bought, and I absolutely love them. The first one lasted almost 9 years and still worked but the spring system on the coffee holder broke, and between the cost of buying just that piece and a whole new one was cheaper to buy a complete new unit. They work flawless, make great coffee, and I’ve never had one that works like this one does. Mr.Coffee and others pale next to this unit. Great tools, Great Coffee, Great Company.

Stop working after 4 months Worked great for the first 4 months. Now the basket doesn’t recognize that the carafe is there, so if you don’t watch it while it’s brewing, it won’t drop into the carafe and backs up into the water reservoir. We will be seeking a replacement or reimbursement.
