* How to use

1. Put the ceramic filter on the bottom of coffee tank.
2. Fill with roasted ground coffee on the ceramic filter in coffee tank.
3. Leveling coffee with coffee tamper (Coffee tamper is not included in this product. It should be purchased separately)
4. Lay the paper filter on the coffee
5. Put together and fill with cold water in the water tank and then cover up a lid.

About Cold brew coffee

The cold brew coffee describes the process whereby coffee-grounds are steeped in water that is either cold or at room temperature for at least 12 hours.
It is said that using cold brew for your coffee will reduce the acidity of the drink by at least 70%. Furthermore, it will taste a lot better.
Most of the acidity in coffee is created when we heat it up.
Because a cold brew takes at least half a day to make, the coffee is concentrated, which will taste the same as fresh brewed when mixed with boiling water (or cold), but without the acidity.
Plus, because you can add water, milk and/or other flavors, you can make it taste exactly the way you prefer
. In order for acids to be neutralized, you have to make sure the alkaline to acid ratio is 20:1.
This means that if you drink a traditionally brewed coffee, you would need to mix every ounce of coffee with twenty ounces of pure water.
This is almost impossible to achieve, not in the least because your coffee would taste hideous.
However, by opting for a cold brew, you completely solve this problem.
