This company is terrible First of all, this product is misleading. It says commercial cup sealing machine but it is neither UL listed or NSF approved. Useless.
Not worth buying, it don’t work can’t seal and it is hard to order the cup and film from the company. Please don’t buy, it will not hold the film to your cup.
Searching for Cups This sealer is very heavy and comes packed solid given its weight. I am still looking for the correct diameter cups to test the sealer. Will report back with more once I am able to get in touch with the vendor and hopefully locate the correct cups. Update as of 4/15/2012: Found the cups and sealer applies the seal properly but the optical sensor that controls advancement of the plastic sealing film does not work properly.
