no more bitter coffee This simple device works like a charm. There’s a felt pad for a filter in the bottom. Dump a pound of ground coffee in and top it off with water(I use spring water).Wait 24 hours and pull the plug, draining the concentrate into the decanter. Mix with hot water to taste(1:2 or 1:3)and you have the sweetest coffee you’ve ever had (without sugar).It seems the hot brewing puts bitter compounds in the coffee. Keep the concentrate in the fridge. Love it.

The BEST Coffee Ever I can not state it simpler than the title of this review. This coffee is GREAT. I am single and making a pot of coffee or even a half pot of coffee most times results in stale coffee left in the pot that gets thrown out. Talk about waste. So at home, making coffee in a conventional drip maker is really not economical for a single person.

Excellent coffee First, let me say that this product makes excellent coffee. I usually regret drinking regularly-brewed coffee because of the acid, but I’ve been drinking this cold-brewed coffee for two weeks now and have had NO ill after effects.
