Not Made in Germany, But Still Pretty Awesome [UPDATE Oct. 2014]: Since reviews are so rarely updated once published, I thought it might be helpful to come back and note that after just over 4 years using this (multiple times per day), it’s still going strong. (Touch wood.) I’ve encountered many kitchen gadgets that would putter-out in half that time. In that, my original review still stands *and* you can add “durable” to the list of its features.
Use It Daily For 2 Years This is an honest review of my experience with my Breville One-Touch Tea Maker. Like the title of this review says, I’ve had this tea maker for roughly 2 years, and use it on a daily basis to make over around 3 LARGE mugs of tea/day. I’m not a big herbal tea drinker, so I mainly use the Oolong and Green Tea settings. I have to say that this machine does exactly what I need it too, make good tasting tea…with some of the fancy settings.
