After only a couple of months of careful use (going only from the dish drainer to the milk and back again, with a quick rinse in between), the unit completely stopped working. At first the whisking portion of the frother fell off, and the initial speed it generated could no longer be duplicated (and the wand seemed to wobble a bit too). It is powerful, slim, nice looking on your kitchen and batteries last fairly (make sure you get a pair of rechargeable AAA batteries).
Use regular AAA batteries for best performance, NOT rechargeables Initially I was unhappy with the product and wanted to return it. It ran too slowly with the eneloop rechargeables.
