Howard Ainsworth says:

Excellent basic espresso This was bought as a replacement for a Krups pump espresso that we have used four or five times a day for the last five years.

S. B. says:

Nooo! DON”T BUY THIS!!! Don’t think, like I did, that the bad reviews of this machine are just the result of a lemon machine or user mistakes. I am a long time pump espresso machine user and this machine is a disposable piece of crap. After less than a year, I am throwing it away — not even donating it as I don’t want to subject anyone else to the potential risks of steam burns and/or sheer frustration with a machine that simply falls apart.

Amazon Customer says:

Been a very good machine for me Like others said, a great machine for the price, especially if you’re like me and make mostly espresso. I’ve had it for two years, no problems (the few times I wasn’t cautious with the steaming wand it did pop off), I do pre warm the portafilter, and run the machine briefly afterward to rinse the grounds from the area where the water comes out. So it takes a little extra time, took awhile to figure out the grind, fill, etc. but heck it warms up fast and the espresso I make is still better…
