Makes great tasting espresso and lattes even if it’s not “professional” I wanted to replace my recently non-working Starbucks Sirena(made by Saeco)and I did not want to spend more than I spent on the Sirena so this was one of the contenders for consideration. So Glad I Made this Purchase So I am not an espresso aficionado, just someone who likes a good Americano in the morning (or several, depending on the day). I absolutely love this Espresso Machine. It takes the worry out of tamping correctly – which I seem to have a problem with ;-). A disappointing machine A disappointing machine. I am on my fourth stemming nozzle. The threaded fitting on the steam supply line constantly strips when the nozzle is removed for cleaning. Water leaks into the coffee head when the pump is running to steam the milk. The unit is very noisy when the pump is running unless the water tank is completely full or you hold your hand on the plastic water tank lid which vibrates.
