Easy coffee wake up! I love this machine. It makes morning coffee so easy. A bit complicated to program but I’m old so it’s probably just me. The coffee is great and the ability to make it strong is a big plus.Customer service is a bit weak however. I can’t figure out how to make the steamed milk hotter and left two messages with them with no call back.

Great Machine Well I replaced an 11 year old Saeco machine that had made over 20,000 cups of coffee with just a few oring change outs. The Jura has been perfect since 4/1/16 so about 2 months in I’m loving it. Great tasting espresso and coffee’s.
