Gaggia Classic Early Days Just acquired the Gaggia Classic Espresso machine. I had experience with a prior espresso machine, so installation and setup was easy. Followed the instructions for warmup and pump priming… worked well. The espresso is fantastic… cafe quality… you have to experiment with the fineness of the grind and the pressure in your tamp to perfect the quality… but it does not take too many attempts to get there… I am satisfied with the quality and quickness to achieve it…
Fantastic. I own this machine–did not buy it from amazon but I have this exact model. It’s probably the best domestic espresso machine you can get for the money. It’s made of durable, high-quality materials, while still being a simple enough design that it can take a ton of stress and mileage. Highly recommend this machine to any self-respecting coffeehead or anyone that seeks to raise the bar in their daily coffee intake.
